History

The site and company have an agreement with the City of Albuquerque to

re-develop a 12 block area of downtown Albuquerque  - the developer needed to identify if a sufficient market existed to avoid a finished product between $200,000 to $400,000.

Results

The market study identified 57,422 households that could afford these units and then went on to identify and profile these buyers.
